內功與《老子》裡「損」的觀念
「為道日損。損之又損。以至於無為。」(《老子》第48章)
在上篇文章中我提到《老子》裡有關內功動作與「自然」的觀念。然而跟、觀察及順應其自然的動作卻是聽而容易,做而難。實際上放棄有意識地控制動作、聽任動作、或多或少的觀察及信任存於體內的動作知識是件困難的事。
